You can book a date with me by filling in the booking form below for incall, outcall, social date or Fly Me to You. I conduct screening ONLY for my personal safety, and not for any other intension or use. Try to put as much information as you feel comfortable with. Don't worry if you can't provide some information for some reasons. The necessary fields are labeled with * - this is basic information. The booking form can't be submitted without basic information. By submitting more info, you will make my screening process more fast and easy. I don’t keep or store any personal data and it will be deleted after screening process is over, or automatically every 7 days by the system. I'll get in touch with you only by emailing to the provided personal email address (I NEVER call or text a personal phone number or work email without a consent). I’ll get back to you shortly. I have instant email notifications, it can be as fast as several minutes to receive my response.   
To book a date a deposit is a must due to my busy schedule. The deposit should be sent after the screening process is over and we agreed on a date and a time. The date is considered to be confirmed when I receive the deposit. If you aren't willing or comfortable with sending the deposit for some reasons, please don't submit a booking form.
